RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


If you would like to return an item or exchange it for another, both the item you purchased and its original packaging must be returned to us in perfect condition.

To request a refund or an exchange, please send us an email at hello@panapop.com with your name and order number (it starts with a hash “#”), and the reason for the return/exchange (this helps us understand your customer experience and improve our services).

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must send us your request and your returned items within 30 days from receipt of your order. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

When shipping your items back to us, we recommend sending them by registered mail, to make sure you have proof of posting. In this case we do not assume the shipping costs.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the same account you used to make the original payment. Once we receive and review your returned items, we will send you an email confirmation and you will receive your refund within 10 days.
